    Where can I buy a good cocoa powder or whatever that was? Can I use it in a morning shake or a afternoon shake as a treat?
    I would love to try the peppermint oil don’t know how to use it but I’ll try it!

      Glad you find them helpful! You can get the raw cacao powder online (Amazon, etc.) or at Whole Foods and I have even seen it in the natural section at Stop & Shop… or you can also try unsweetened cocoa powder from Trader Joe’s (now that there is finally one in Hyannis). You can definitely use it in your shake, I often do that with a banana, spinach or kale, and unsweetened coconut or almond milk. I will mail you a sample of the peppermint oil. It is only safe to ingest 100% pure oils, you always need to check the label, and the oils that I work with fit that bill, so add a drop and enjoy! Thanks for reading! xo jan
