Finding YOUR way to feeling your most LIVELY

Summer has a way of helping me to lighten up and also be more reflective.
It also has a way of helping me see the obvious that I often miss when I am zipping around from one thing (or thought!) to another.
Here's an example…
I ask clients ALL the time:

What does “good health” mean to YOU?

And 99.9% of the time I hear this:

Eating well and exercising.

And, I realized that this is the “R, S, T, L, N, D and E for a vowel” of answers for a health and fitness coach to receive (are you getting my Wheel of Fortune reference???)
Of course “eating well and exercising” contribute to good health, but what does that actually mean for YOU?
As I think about all of the clients that I'm working with right now, it means something different for each and every one of them.
So, I ask again:

What does “good health” mean for YOU?

What letters would you pick AFTER being given the RSTLND and vowel E?
