Looking to incorporate holistic and natural alternatives into your life?

Do you desire to remove harsh chemicals from your home and breathe freely?

Me too!

As a health and wellness enthusiast, I am also seeking natural and alternative therapies to support the body and mind, for myself, and my family, friends, and clients. One of my favorite things to share are my essential oils. I LOVE THEM! We use them for everything in our house, from helping us to get restful sleep at night, to supporting a healthy immune system, to keep our skin feeling soft and smooth, to breathing freely, and to feeling peaceful and calm! It’s amazing what these little drops of nature can do!

So what essential oils do I use?

Young Living Essential Oils

For thousands of years, our ancestors looked to nature to support their health and treat illness, but somewhere along the way, we became more interested in popping a pill than relying on all the gifts that the plant world has to offer.

As a proud distributor for Young Living Essential Oils, the world’s leader in therapeutic grade essential oils, it is a gift to be able to share these fabulous gifts of nature with you. And Young Living is the only essential oil company that controls every step of the production of their oils, called the Seed to Seal® process and it truly sets Young Living apart from their competitors. Each batch of essential oil undergoes internal and third-party quality testing.

What are essential oils?

Essential oils are oils from the plant, distilled using steam or a cold-press process, allowing the therapeutic benefit of each essential oil to be maintained in every batch.
Since ancient times, essential oils have been used to support and aid the health and well-being of humans. Molecules in the essential oils mimic the molecules that our body uses to repair itself.

How can you use them?

Specific instructions are located on the label of each bottle but here are some general uses.

AROMATICALLY:
Inhale: Inhale directly from an open bottle or rub a drop of essential oil between your palms and inhale.
Diffuse: Diffuse your favorite essential oils in one of Young Living’s exclusive diffusers—allowing everyone in the room to reap the therapeutic benefits of the oils!

INTERNALLY:
Always consult bottle labels for usage directions.
In capsule: Place several drops of oil into a gelatin capsule and swallow with water.
In liquid: Add your favorite essential oil to a glass of water, juice or plant-based milk and swallow.
In food: Add 1-2 drops of oil (to taste) to meals when cooking. Try in soups, hummus, and in sauces.

TOPICALLY:
Always follow the label’s instructions.
Neat: Many essential oils are safe and beneficial to use directly on the skin. Simply place 2-3 drops directly on the desired area and massage in. Rub 1-2 drops on the bottoms of your feet. Over 2000 pores on the soles of your feet allow the essential oil to reach every cell of your body.
Dilute: Some essential oils need to be diluted with a carrier oil (any pure vegetable oil). This is a great way to make your own body creams, roll-on applicators, and perfume atomizers by adding our favorite essential oils and storing them in glass containers for future use.
Bathwater: Add a few drops to a bowl of Epsom salts, then dissolve into your bath water or foot soak.
