Why clients LOVE Jan Taylor and Get Lively
3 months ago, I felt broken. Too much hurt and sadness made me feel lost. And the major piece I was losing control of was my healthy lifestyle. I tried it on my own but it wasn’t working. I needed something more and that’s when I reached out to Jan Taylor. I had seen her Get Lively: Mindful Health & Fitness Coaching world grow and all of the sudden I needed to be a part of it. After listening to my concerns, fears, wants and needs, she said “And you want to work with me?” With me responding”Oh YES! Sorry I forgot to mention that!” followed with lots of laughter and then “YES, let’s make a plan that works for you!” And we did just that! Each time we met, Jan provided the tools I needed to be successful and helped me to realize that this healthy person was there all along! She helped me to stay committed and enthusiastic about the process and opened my mind to making small changes to my routine that will make big impacts in the future. One of my favorite moments was telling her how excited I was to be trying new foods and for this (used to be) picky eater that was a huge moment for both of us! But the best part of all is that she reminded me that out of the darkness comes light and I just needed to reach inside myself to find it!

When I came to Jan two months ago, I was down and out about my healthy lifestyle because I felt I had lost that person. After listening to my concerns, we worked together to create a program that included the 4-week Fresh Start, Young Living Cleanse, and two Personal Gym Sessions. Each time we met, Jan provided the tools I needed to be successful and helped me to realize that this healthy person was there all along! One of the best things about Jan is that she is entirely present and focused on whomever she is with. She has a natural ability to put people at ease.
